The Service
Zariva is a digital invitation platform that allows users to create, publish, and collect RSVP responses for personal events such as weddings, engagements, and celebrations. The platform is operated under the Zariva brand by an individual sole proprietor.
Order Processing & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Premium Features
Certain features — including premium templates, background music, guest photo gallery, animated envelope reveal, and unlimited RSVP tracking — require a one-time per-event payment. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and does not expire.
Account & User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all content you create using the platform. By uploading any content (photos, text, etc.) you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Zariva for any unlawful, harmful, or spam-related purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zariva and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
