We want you to be completely satisfied with Zariva. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email merhaba@zariva.net with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your Zariva account
  • Your Paddle order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)

We will review your request and respond promptly. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com back to your original payment method.
