What Data We Collect

• Account data: your email address, used solely for authentication and service-related communications.
• Invitation content: names, event date and venue, notes, and photos that you provide when creating an invitation.
• RSVP responses: guest names and attendance answers submitted by your invitees through your invitation link.
• Payment data: payment transactions are handled entirely by Paddle.com. We do not store your card details or financial information.
• Usage analytics: anonymised product usage data, collected only with your explicit consent (see Cookie Policy).

How We Use Your Data

We process personal data solely to provide the Zariva service — creating and publishing invitations, collecting RSVPs, and processing payments. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (service provision), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and explicit consent (analytics).

Third-Party Processors

• Supabase — database and file storage (EU region).
• Paddle.com — payment processing and Merchant of Record. Paddle has its own privacy policy covering buyer payment data.
• PostHog — anonymised product analytics; data stored on EU servers. Only active if you consent via the cookie banner.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights
